At Diamond Shine Home Cleaning, we are often asked many questions regarding our Atlanta home cleaning process and how things work. We put together a list of our most frequently asked questions. 

 

General Questions

It's easy. Just give us a call at 470-383-7451 or click the "get a quote" button at the top of our website and that will take you to our online form. Once filled out, we will contact you.
Only in situations where the job requires specific attention in one area or another, or if the client insists. Most quotes can be done over the phone and then finalized on the day of the cleaning.
We bring our own cleaning supplies when we come to your home. But we are happy to use your own cleaning supplies if that is your preference.
After every job, we do a follow through with the homeowner to make sure you are 100% satisfied. If the client is not available, we ask that they do a walk-through the moment they get home. If they are not satisfied for whatever reason, we will do whatever it takes to rectify the situation.

Scheduling Questions

You never know! We may have an opening for you. The best thing to do is call us right away and we will do our best to accommodate you.
No, you do not have to be home! So long as you provide for us instructions on how to enter, and how to properly lock up after we leave. We can handle the rest.
We do 99% of the time, but if for some reason we cannot, you can be assured that we will advise you ahead of time. We know how important your schedule is.
Your invoice will be settled usually within 48 hours of your cleaning appointment.
Not at all. You can cancel at anytime. Just be sure to give us a heads up at least 2 weeks before your next cleaning so that we can reorganize our schedule.

Cleaning Questions

No single job is alike! Depending on the type of cleaning you're in need of, you can expect to have the following areas of your home cleaned: bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, dust all accessible surfaces, clean all floor surfaces, wipe down all mirrors and glass fixtures, take out garbage and recycling and more.
A one-time cleaning is great for getting your home ready to host guests or hold a special event. When this happens, it's usually a good idea to have us come out a day before your company arrives. If you're having an event, a one-time cleaning can be a great way make your space perfect for guests. We’ll clean everything so that there’s no dust, dirt, debris or germs left in your house.
The amount of cleaning that is needed which is usually based on the condition of the space. We also take into account the size of the overall areas that need to be cleaned. If the cleaning calls for special materials to be used, then that could affect the cost as well.
We love your pets! If you have specific instructions on what to do with your pets, please let us know. For the most efficient house cleaning, in which our cleaning maids can focus on the job at hand, we recommend your pets be safely secured. This could mean moving them from one room to the other or keeping them in a cage or somewhere safe.

Absolutely. The cleaners go through a screening process that includes a police background check, reference checks and in-person interviews. We also require significant experience in residential house cleaning to work with us.
